In July of 2007 Nancy and one of her daughters traveled to Asia to handpick Purselove's first large order of purses - Purselove was in full bloom! Since that first trip, Purselove has expanded into additional varieties of these unique beaded bags, leather bags, travel bags, purse organizers, passport carriers, bejweled belts, silk scarves, cashmere pashminas, jewelry, hair accessories, purse organizers, wallets, and more. Purselove has also expanded their markets in the world.
Nancy, with the assistance of her daughters, shops global world markets and bazaars for unique and one-of-kind merchandise. Items are from Hong Kong, China, Mexico, Europe, Taiwan, Thailand, and Guatemala. In 2010 she expanded to shopping in Chicago and New York, while 2011 has added Los Angeles for merchandise finds.
Most Purselove products are sold locally at boutique events, style shows, private parties, trunk shows and charity events; however, Nancy also wholesales to boutiques in the United States. In 2010 LUCKY Magazine, an international accessories magazine, selected a Pureslove purse for the Fall 2010 Handbag guide. It was presented in the Oct. 2010 issue as one of their favorite pouch style bags (see Item #054).
Summer of 2011 Purselove was presented at The Chicago Gift Market where the silk cut out scarves and Purse #095 and Purse #7600, as well as our Purse Organizers were a hit with boutiques across the midwest. Keep following us for our next new exciting expansion!
2012 Purselove has expanded to shop markets and designers in Los Angeles, New York and Chicago to include Made in the U.S.A. products.
